In 2018, JSC "DNIPROVAGONREMBUD" mastered the manufacturing of overspring bogie bolsters (model UTA-40-1.00.00.00.000) and a frame (model UTA-40-2.00.00.00.000) for modernization of passenger cars .
The manufactured overspring bogie bolsters and frames have passed static tests and comply with the requirements of the norms "Standards for the calculation and design of railway cars of the Ministry of Railways 1520mm", which is confirmed by the relevant protocols.
Overspring bogie bolsters (model UTA-40-1.00.00.00.000) and frames (model UTA-40-2.00.00.00.000) for modernization of passenger cars are certified.

Assigned service life - 20 years
Service life before the the first major overhaul is 6 years.
The appointed service life between depot repairs - 2 years, mileage - 450 000km.
